Hot dip galvanization is a process of subjecting the steel material to a protective zinc coating against corrosion, by dipping the articles in a molten bath of zinc. The coating of zinc by dipping process gives an excellent protection to the steel internally and externally. Hot dip galvanizing is performed to British Standard BS ISO 1461, American Standard ASTM A-123 or to any other approved international standard as desired by the client. Working capacity of our+plant is about 50,000 tons per year. Size of the molten zinc bath tank is L12.8M x B1.22M x H1.22M. Poles & structures in lengths over 12 Metre are subjected to double dipping process. |
